Evening Strolls and Climate Adaptations: A Nature Experience

In the cool of the evening, we went for a walk along the seafront and had a drink at Martello Lounge. The starlings were in the big wheel again, children were out riding their bikes, and the travellers were outside chatting. We met a dog who did not want to walk, having been scared by something the owner could not see.

A thrush flew into the conifers and on into someone’s garden, we have not seen one in our garden for years. A snail crossed the path.  A red Admiral landed nearby.

But the reason for me writing this, the honeysuckles fragrance that met us on the breeze.
