I am writing to advise you that my tenant will be required to leave following instructions from the court this morning. Had she followed the advice given to her by the council she would have incurred more costs as I would have as the home owner.

 

She will require social housing in my opinion. 

 

I sincerely hope she gets better support going forward.

That gap between noted and action is before us, meanwhile I’m mindful of time and where that sits in settling the children.  New term starts in September, what can happen between then and now?
